Thomas Shawer, sailor and Charles Madgwick, labourer for stealing at Newfishbourne, seven bushels of flour, the property of James Hayllar and Thomas Hayllar - Shawer, two months to labour and Madgwick (having been convicted before of felony), ten years transportation.
